Juice ’till Dinner

Juice by day, and healthy dinner by night. Food may too difficult to resist so don’t. This cleanse is a gentle introduction. Four half liters of juice during the day, giving the body a quick re­charge and then enjoy a healthy (hopefully plant-based) meal with friends and family.
