Hygiene Certification

 

To demonstrate our continued commitment to excellence, we implemented<br />an effective safety management system and in recognition of that Raw ME<br />has been awarded with International HACCP Certification by SGS (Société<br />Générale de Surveillance). The audit was successfully completed by<br />SGS - the World’s leading inspection, verification testing and certification<br />company on 5 June 2016.<br /><br />HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is an international<br />principle defining the requirements for effective control of food safety. The<br />process encompasses food safety hazards, identification, and rectification<br />as a means of prevention, during the food production process.
