BEFORE

The more preparation, the more benefits you will experience. Trust us! Prepare yourself before you start to cleanse by cutting down on and phasing out: coffee, sugar, meat and dairy, increasing fresh fruit, greens and veggies at every meal.

DURING

Day of your cleanse, congratulations on taking a step towards a healthier lifestyle, upon waking up drink a glass of room temperature filtered water.  A nice touch to your water is adding a fresh squeezed lemon which hydrates and alkalizes  the body, essentially helping waking up your body's system. Drink your juices in their numbered order. Since we’re not all operating on the same schedule, a good rule of thumb, is to wait about two hours between juices and to finish the last beverage at least two hours before you sleep(6 per day). Don't forget to hydrate as much as possible with water, herbal, or green tea in between each juice.

AFTER

Coming off the cleanse is just as important as the detox itself. So hold off on that brunch date. The cleaner and simpler you keep your system, the better you'll feel. The best way to break your cleanse is to eat foods the same way you did preparing for it. Post cleanse focus on consuming raw fruits and raw/steamed veggies, avoiding dairy, meat and gluten products. Include additional juices and low sodium vegetable broth. After a few days you can start to reintroduce meat and dairy products- just take it slow.
